No decisions on anxiety meds made during the phone appointment with my primary care physician (I need to stop making decisions in-the-moment). Taking the day to mull and to ask about things we discussed. First question: who has experience with mirtazapine? (I did find a study).

ETA: One problem with not having a psychoconsultant is that my anxiety stuff over the last few months just doesn’t seem to be the “anxiety features - social/performance distress - secondary to autism” of my original diagnosis. So if there’s another diagnosis, I don’t officially have it. My primary care physician and I basically sort of just have to, a little bit, wing it based upon my observations of my anxiety and her take on it.

Hello. My name is Bix. @bix
